About the Position

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative I (CSR I) to engage with the public in a warm and professional manner, providing information on ground transportation options. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic customer service environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome travelers with a smile and friendly greeting.
  • Address traveler questions about ground transportation.
  • Guide travelers to the staging zone for their selected mode of transportation.
  • Utilize handheld devices to communicate ground transportation information.
  • Interact professionally with airport staff, law enforcement, and drivers to enforce transportation policies.
Communication Skills
  • Create a positive first impression by warmly greeting guests.
  • Offer clear directions on ground transportation options.
  • Report any security concerns or incidents promptly.
Teamwork and Support
  • Support team members during busy periods, fostering unity and cooperation.
Exceptional Service
  • Assist customers with a friendly attitude, ensuring a pleasant experience.
  • Maintain cleanliness in the surrounding area.
  • Go the extra mile to provide exceptional service to customers.
  • Provide parking and pickup assistance as required.
Profitability and Efficiency
  • Enhance profitability through outstanding customer service.
  • Keep areas clean and report maintenance needs promptly.
