We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Office Administrator to join our team at Consolidated Water Group, LLC. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving problems, and attending to related needs.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide proactive sales support to assigned customer accounts by developing close relationships with the customer base.
  • Answer customer inquiries on the telephone and schedule service and delivery orders.
  • Bill service, delivery, and new installation orders, and make outbound calls to current customers with the intent of scheduling additional services or offering maintenance plans.
  • Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation.
  • Follow all rules and regulations pertaining to safety and company policies.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Minimum two years of customer service experience preferred.
  • Proper phone etiquette, strong time management and project management skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office (word, excel, outlook).
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
