Responsibilities:- Provide proactive sales support to assigned customer accounts by developing close relationships with the customer base.
- Answer customer inquiries on the telephone and schedule service and delivery orders.
- Bill service, delivery, and new installation orders, and make outbound calls to current customers with the intent of scheduling additional services or offering maintenance plans.
- Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation.
- Follow all rules and regulations pertaining to safety and company policies.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Minimum two years of customer service experience preferred.
- Proper phone etiquette, strong time management and project management skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office (word, excel, outlook).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Resourcefulness, customer focus, team player, adaptability, integrity, detail-oriented, communication, accountability, and organization.
