We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Specialist to join our team at TireHub LLC. This role involves providing exceptional customer service through various channels, including inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats. About the Job:
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
- Deliver exceptional customer service through inbound and outbound calls
- Elevate unresolved customer issues to designated departments
- Own follow up to customers related to inbound calls and customer requests/issues
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming customer calls and all aspects of inbound order management

- Drive customer adoption to self-service tools through helpful communication and support
