About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate Certified Nurse Aide to join our clinical team at Lifespace Communities. As a key member of our care team, you will provide exceptional direct patient care and assist residents with daily living activities.

Responsibilities
  • Follow care plan directives and administer standard precautions to ensure a clean and safe environment.
  • Assess resident needs and report any changes or unusual findings to the nurse.
  • Coordinate with nursing team members to record vital signs and maintain accurate records of ADLs.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum one year of experience working with the geriatric population.
  • Certified nursing aide licensure required by state regulations.
