About the Job: We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinical Team Lead RN to oversee nursing staff, develop and implement nursing policies, and promote high-quality patient care. About You: To succeed in this role, you must have a valid RN license from the Texas Board of Nurse Examiners, at least 3 years of nursing experience, and 1 year of experience in DD nursing. You should demonstrate exceptional leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues.

About the Salary: The estimated salary range for this position is $95,000 - $125,000 annually, depending on your level of expertise and location.
