Job Overview

KPC Promise Healthcare LLC is seeking a compassionate Caregiver to join our team. As a Caregiver, you will work closely with patients/residents to provide high-quality care and support.

About the Role:

  • Assist with feeding, bathing, and dressing patients/residents.
  • Take vital signs and serve meals.
  • Make beds and keep rooms tidy.
  • Set up medical equipment and assist with procedures.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer call lights for help and observe/report changes in patient/resident condition or behavior.
  • Meet current documentation standards and complete within shift.
  • Practice established infection control procedures.

Requirements:

  • Current CNA state Certification and must maintain Certification renewal in accordance with the standards of the regulatory agency.
  • Prior experience in healthcare preferred.
  • BLS certification through American Heart Association.

Estimated Salary: $38,000 - $48,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
