CORG Management Group is looking for a Part-Time Floor Care Technician at a Military Facility in Fort Jackson, SC.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Maintain cleanliness of office spaces with various flooring types including linoleum, tile, and carpet, ensuring floors are waxed (extensive experience required).
  2. Shampoo carpets and rugs.
  3. Clean stairwells.
  4. Dispose of waste from trash receptacles.
  5. Sweep and dust mop all hard surface floors and perform spot vacuuming on carpets.
  6. Sanitize restrooms and frequently touched surfaces.
  7. Clean interior windows and mirrors.
  8. Operate commercial cleaning equipment, including vacuums, floor buffers, and carpet cleaners.
  9. Collect and dispose of trash and recyclables.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in maintaining various flooring types. Candidates must be able to bend, kneel, walk for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs., and perform repetitive tasks. Availability for a typical work schedule, Monday to Friday from 4 PM to 8 PM, with potential changes during summer months. Occasional weekend work may be required.


Compensation: Hourly rate of $21.77, which includes a regular rate of $17.20 and Health and Welfare benefits of $4.57.
