We are seeking an accomplished family law attorney with outstanding credentials and a genuine passion for the law to join our team at our Hamilton office.

Key Responsibilities

  • The successful candidate will support our experienced family law attorneys in handling cases related to divorce, equitable distribution, alimony, custody, and child support issues, as well as relocation, college contribution, pre-marital agreements, domestic violence matters, and adoption.
  • The Associate will work closely with clients in preparing essential legal documents, including petitions, motions, and affidavits, ensuring seamless communication throughout the process.
  • Responsibilities will include researching and writing about legal issues, compiling expert opinions, and reviewing discovery to guarantee the highest standards of service.
  • The selected candidate will provide clear guidance and counsel to clients, addressing their concerns effectively and professionally.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • A minimum of 2 – 4 years of experience in family law is required.
  • Strong analytical, drafting, and research skills are necessary for this role.
  • Excellent organizational abilities, attention to detail, and accuracy are paramount in this deadline-driven environment.
  • The ideal candidate should possess excellent interpersonal skills, enabling them to interact effectively with clients and collaborate with colleagues.
  • Possession of a valid license to practice law in the State of New Jersey is mandatory; Pennsylvania admission is advantageous.
