Job Overview
We are seeking a talented Securities Attorney to join our team at Stark & Stark, where you will be responsible for providing expert advice on financial regulations and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and guidelines. About the Role
As a Securities Attorney, you will work closely with clients to identify and mitigate risks associated with investments. Your expertise will help us navigate complex regulatory environments and provide guidance on compliance matters related to investment advisers and broker-dealers. You will also assist in drafting and reviewing advisory agreements and provide support on practical business matters.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor regulatory changes and advise clients on their impact.
  • Provide guidance on compliance and regulatory matters related to investment advisers and broker-dealers.
  • Draft, review, and revise advisory agreements.
  • Assist with compliance and regulatory support for a diverse client base.
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop effective solutions to complex problems.


Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need a strong understanding of financial regulations and laws governing registered investment advisers, broker-dealers, hedge funds, private equity, and alternative assets. A Law Degree and 3+ years of experience in a related field are required. You must also possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary Estimate
Based on industry standards and your level of experience, we estimate the salary for this position to be around $120,000 - $180,000 per year.
