You will be working evening shifts, Monday through Sunday, with flexible scheduling to accommodate our patients' needs. This is a part-time position, approximately 20-25 hours per week, with opportunities for additional hours as needed.

The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for hospice care and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient-centered care. You will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and providing education and support to patients and their families.

To be considered for this role, you must be currently licensed as an LPN in the state of Ohio and have at least three years of experience in nursing, preferably in community health or hospice care. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are also required.

In exchange for your dedication and expertise, we offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits, including mileage reimbursement and employee discounts.
