Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Manager to join our team at Cannonball Recruiting LLC. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial maintenance, with a focus on supervising and leading a team of maintenance employees.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and scheduling maintenance activities, assigning tasks to employees, and monitoring progress. They will also be responsible for analyzing and troubleshooting equipment problems, providing technical direction and administrative management, and leading the maintenance department.

The Maintenance Manager will work closely with the production team to ensure that maintenance activities are aligned with production needs and that equipment is properly maintained to minimize downtime. They will also be responsible for managing equipment and maintenance budgets, and for developing and implementing maintenance plans and procedures.

Responsibilities
  • Plan and schedule maintenance activities to minimize downtime and ensure that equipment is properly maintained.
  • Assign tasks to employees and monitor progress to ensure that maintenance activities are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot equipment problems to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
  • Provide technical direction and administrative management to the maintenance department.
  • Lead the maintenance department to ensure that maintenance activities are aligned with production needs and that equipment is properly maintained.
  • Manage equipment and maintenance budgets to ensure that costs are minimized and that resources are allocated effectively.
  • Develop and implement maintenance plans and procedures to ensure that maintenance activities are completed efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance, with a focus on supervising and leading a team of maintenance employees.
  • Strong knowledge of maintenance principles and practices, including preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance, and reliability-centered maintenance.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with production teams and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze and troubleshoot equipment problems, and to develop and implement corrective actions.
  • Ability to manage equipment and maintenance budgets, and to allocate resources effectively.
