About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Master Automotive Technician to join our team at CoolSys. As a key member of our fleet maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our company vehicles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain all company fleet vehicles for routine and preventative maintenance and repairs.
  • Manage a small inventory of essential parts and supplies for performing routine service and repairs.
  • Source and procure all needed items from established vendors seeking the best price and quality.
  • Submit all packing lists and documents to accounting for proper payment and tracking.
  • Identify mechanical problems either visually or with computer diagnostic equipment.
  • Fill out a shop work order for all vehicles worked on every day.
  • Plan and establish a timetable to complete repairs and maintenance.
Requirements
  • Good mechanical skills.
  • Ability to read service and repair manuals.
  • Proficient with computer diagnostic equipment and software.
  • Maintain and clean garage equipment and tools to ensure they are always kept in a safe and usable condition.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience or an equivalent combination of experience and trade school training.
  • A valid Pennsylvania inspection and emissions license.
  • Ability to understand and follow all company policies and procedures and all applicable State and Federal laws.
