Job Summary:

Spectra Infosystems is seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance operations of our facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance management, with experience in planning, assigning, and monitoring work schedules, as well as analyzing and troubleshooting equipment problems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and coordinate daily work schedules for maintenance employees to ensure efficient use of resources and minimize downtime.
  • Assign tasks to employees and monitor their progress to ensure timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Analyze equipment problems and develop effective solutions to prevent future issues.
  • Provide technical direction, administrative management, and leadership to maintenance employees to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
  • Manage equipment and maintenance resources to optimize asset reliability, uptime, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Support maintenance and capital projects to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop and implement predictive, preventative, and corrective maintenance programs to minimize equipment downtime and extend asset lifespan.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address safety risks and maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in maintenance management to continuously improve processes and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Strong background in maintenance management, with experience in planning, assigning, and monitoring work schedules.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze equipment problems and develop effective solutions.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with ability to provide technical direction, administrative management, and leadership to maintenance employees.
  • Ability to manage equipment and maintenance resources to optimize asset reliability, uptime, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Experience with predictive, preventative, and corrective maintenance programs, with ability to develop and implement effective maintenance strategies.
