Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Continuous Improvement Strategist to join our team at Eurofins GSC Poland Sp. z o. o.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about driving process excellence and leading strategic initiatives that contribute to a more data-driven culture.

  • We offer a competitive salary of 120,000 - 180,000 PLN per annum, depending on experience.
Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Demonstrating and promoting the company vision by applying GMP/GLP in all areas of responsibility.
  • Fostering morale and teamwork while maintaining an understanding of business unit processes and trends.
  • Driving related strategic initiatives that contribute to a more data-driven culture.
  • Identifying system or procedural improvement opportunities and participating in their implementation.
  • Conceiving, designing, and managing specific LEAN projects to an efficient and timely completion.
  • Working effectively in a matrix reporting structure and providing reports and analysis of department metrics and management information.
  • Troubleshooting problems and providing input to staffing requirements and staff issues.
  • Developing and communicating business cases to support recommendations for change and developing controls to monitor progress.
  • Contributing towards a cohesive team environment.
Requirements

To perform this job successfully, the individual must have:

  • 8+ years of related experience with knowledge of regulatory agency guidelines preferred.
  • Proven organization, observation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and proficiency with computers and software applications.
  • Enhanced experience with LIMS (preferred).
  • Effective interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with multiple levels of the organization.
  • Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship.
