Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team at US Foods. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining customer relationships, managing delivery schedules, and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
  • Manage delivery schedules and troubleshoot any order process issues to ensure timely and accurate delivery
  • Communicate effectively with clients to collect accounts receivable and resolve any issues
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth and revenue
  • Stay informed about market conditions and competitors' products to stay ahead of the competition
  • Drive to customers and prospects to ensure product delivery and provide excellent customer service
Requirements
  • 1+ year of sales experience preferred
  • Foodservice industry/culinary/restaurant management/hospitality experience preferred
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills
  • Ability to build relationships and cold call to develop new business
  • Competitive and results-driven mentality
  • Problem solving ability / Organization and negotiation skills
  • Team mentality to collaborate with stakeholders
  • Proficient computer skills; Microsoft Office products - Experience using Customer Relationship Management tools preferred
Education and Certifications
  • HS Diploma or equivalent
  • N/A
Physical Qualifications
  • Must be able to stand, walk, drive, and lift/carry objects based on specific requirements
