Position: Licensed Behavioral Analyst
  • Annual Salary: $80,000
  • Schedule: Full-time with flexibility to meet client needs
  • Travel: Mileage reimbursement provided

Role Summary:
The Licensed Behavioral Analyst is responsible for developing and implementing behavioral plans and providing therapeutic services to participants in our programs.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with supervisors to create, execute, and sustain behavioral change initiatives.
  • Utilize least restrictive treatment protocols when applying behavioral techniques.
  • Guide program participants in achieving behavioral modifications, focusing on daily living skills, behavior management, and social interactions.
  • Deliver Behavioral Therapy and Active Treatment services both in residential settings and within the community, either individually or in groups.
  • Maintain weekly documentation detailing objectives, strategies, and outcomes.
  • Engage with staff, insurance representatives, legal advisors, service providers, and families regarding treatment recommendations and participant progress.
  • Contribute to family education and therapy sessions as required.
  • Participate in treatment planning with the interdisciplinary team and attend necessary meetings.
  • Actively engage as a member of the rehabilitation team.
  • Ensure timely evaluations, progress reports, and discharge documentation for each participant.
  • Complete daily billing summaries punctually.
  • Adhere to accreditation standards and maintain confidentiality ethics.
  • Assist in coordinating behavioral programming across various living and community settings.
  • Provide support and training to assigned team members.
  • Supervise and mentor BIT interns and practicum students.
  • Participate in behavioral research initiatives and crisis intervention projects.
  • Perform additional related duties as necessary.

Supervisory Role:
No supervisory responsibilities are required for this position.
Qualifications:
  • Master's Degree in Psychology or a related discipline is required.
  • A minimum of five years of experience working with special populations in behavior management is essential.
  • Experience in applied behavior analysis is preferred.

Certifications:
  • Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is mandatory.
