We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Developmental Therapist to join our team at Soar Autism Center. As a key member of our interdisciplinary clinic, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, individualized therapy services to children with autism and their families.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver ABA Therapy Sessions: Provide one-on-one ABA therapy sessions to children aged 2-6, adhering to the principles of Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy.
- Implement Intervention Plans: Collaborate with our expert Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to develop and implement individualized intervention plans, ensuring alignment with ABA therapy principles.
- Family Support: Build strong relationships with families, providing regular updates on their child's progress and offering ongoing support and guidance.
- Professional Development: Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with advancements in ABA therapy and maintain certification.
- Education and Certification: Preferably enrolled in or completed a degree program in Child Development, Psychology, or a related field. Ability to obtain and maintain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
- Experience: Previous experience working with children, particularly those with autism, and a passion for helping them thrive.
- Teamwork and Communication: Strong teamwork skills and ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
- Competitive Compensation: Competitive hourly rate ranging from $20.50 to $26.00, with regular bonus and promotion opportunities.
