Position: Document Management Technician - Records Management

Leidos is in search of a meticulous and structured Document Management Technician to enhance their litigation support division. This entry-level role encompasses tasks such as generating written materials, overseeing filing systems, retrieving data, and providing assistance with various office duties. The preferred candidate should possess strong communication abilities, familiarity with office applications, and the capacity to perform effectively in high-pressure situations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate a diverse range of written documents utilizing advanced features of word processing software
  • Oversee the filing system for the Support Services Unit
  • Retrieve necessary information from files upon request
  • Prepare documents for archiving and execute data entry assignments
  • Assist with bulk mailings, sorting, and distribution of correspondence

Required Qualifications:

  • Ability to adhere to instructions and communicate proficiently
  • Proficiency in office software and related equipment
  • Capability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate warehouse machinery
  • Must be a US Citizen with the ability to secure Public Trust clearance
