Inside Sales Opportunity

Join Fire Pros as an Inside Sales Representative and contribute to our mission of safeguarding businesses and communities through expert fire protection services.

Job Overview

The successful candidate will handle a variety of marketing efforts, collaborate with our Director of Sales and outside sales team, and leverage their expertise to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Qualify and manage lead flow from multiple sources.
  • Develop a sales strategy to consistently provide leads to the outside sales team.
  • Work closely with the outside sales team to ensure they receive well-qualified leads and have necessary background information for effective deal closure.
  • Engage with current customers to ensure high satisfaction levels and identify opportunities for cross-selling additional services.
Compensation Details

This is a full-time hourly position, with pay negotiable based on experience. Quarterly bonuses may be available, contingent upon performance.

Requirements:
  • Experience in an inside sales role, preferably in a commercial service industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or a business-related field, preferred.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
