About the Role

Vista IT Group seeks a seasoned Sales Manager to drive growth and expansion. As an Account Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping our sales strategy and executing plans to achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities
  1. Prospect into new companies through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
  2. Effectively use lead generation techniques to assemble lists of prospective customers
  3. Nurture ongoing relationships with customer contacts and decision-makers
  4. Maintain activity level standards (time spent prospecting and holding customer meetings)
  5. Strategically manage sales cycles and provide pipeline sales forecasts
  6. Become an expert in our products and services offered by Vista IT Group
  7. Bring visibility of all aspects of our product and service portfolio to every customer
  8. Build a pipeline of potential future business by prospecting via the Internet, assigned territory lists, outbound marketing/lead campaigns and other sources as identified
  9. Actively provide pre-and post-sales support to customers and prospects
  10. Consistently meet monthly and annual sales quota and revenue goals
  11. Negotiate pricing, terms and conditions with customers
  12. Overcome technical and business objections to convert opportunities to sales
Qualifications
  • 2-year college degree or commensurate work experience
  • 2 years of Technology and/or Solution sales experience preferred
  • Business-to-Business sales
Prior Experience
  • Previous experience with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting sales targets and achieving revenue goals
