Luxury Sales Consultant

Job Overview:
Sales representatives at Wyndham Destinations play a crucial role in delivering exceptional vacation experiences to our owners. As a Luxury Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with prospective and current owners, articulating the benefits of traveling with Wyndham Destinations, and generating sales through face-to-face presentations.
About Us:
Wyndham Destinations is the largest vacation ownership business, with over 245 vacation club resort locations across the globe. We offer a flexible ownership model that allows owners to purchase points towards vacations and select the time and resort that best fits their preferences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Presentations: Conduct face-to-face presentations in our state-of-the-art sales centers, effectively communicating the benefits of traveling with Wyndham Destinations and ensuring minimum performance goals are met (80% of time)
- Training and Development: Attend ongoing, advanced sales and career training sessions to stay up-to-date on sales information and materials
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Sales Experience: 1-3 years of sales and/or marketing experience preferred, but not required
- Real Estate License: Must have or be able to obtain the applicable real estate and/or timeshare license
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required
Benefits:
- Competitive Salary: Estimated $50,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on location and experience
- No Travel Required: No travel required outside of the home site's area
Additional Information:
- Initial Paid Training: Covers sales process, product knowledge, and the psychology of the sale
- Technical Skills: General smart device skills required
