Senior HR Technology Specialist

The Sr. HR Technology Analyst is a key member of the HR team, responsible for the analysis, design, development, and implementation of Workday HCM system, policies, and related processes. This role collaborates with enterprise users, technical staff, HR subject matter experts, and HR business partners to drive system design decisions, user experience, complex issue resolution, and process design.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with HR and Technology teams to lead Workday HCM system-related projects, including system upgrades, enhancement packages, releases, and process redesign.
- Conduct system and process analysis throughout implementation lifecycles and for ongoing support and scalability of Workday HCM and supporting integrations.
- Advise HR teams, including subject matter experts and leadership, on strategic and ad-hoc HR technology requests, providing best practice information for efficacy and compliance purposes.
- Administer Workday HCM and other HR's SaaS systems configuration and security, as well as system process flow maps for all HR system processes.
- Facilitate configuration evaluation and review with other team members and stakeholders to ensure consistency, efficient use of each Workday module, and innovative use of technology.
- Administer Workday HCM supporting data integrations and system authentication, ensuring system stability, security compliance, and expeditious resolution for high-impact issues.
- Conduct and facilitate complex Workday HCM system testing, identify discrepancies, and formulate remediation plans.
- Serve as a partner to Global Assurance, Financial Controls, and Corporate Compliance to document, test, and remediate compliance-related matters.
- Lead design and process development of leading-edge technologies to support the global HR team, ensuring country-specific compliance to local regulatory standards.
- Develop and present HR Technology-related communications and training.
- 3-5 years of experience with HR systems and data, specifically with Workday HCM.
- 3+ years of experience with hands-on Workday HCM design, configuration, security, and reporting. Workday Recruiting & Talent & Performance skills highly preferred.
- Advanced Excel or Sheets experience required.
- Strong communications skills, written and verbal.
- Flexible, with the ability to lead multiple projects and prioritize tasks as necessary.
