Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and driven Product Manager to lead the development and management of Kixie's Dialer product. The Dialer is a core component of our platform, enabling sales teams to make more calls, connect with more prospects, and close more deals efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Strategy & Vision: Define and execute the vision and strategy for the Kixie Dialer, ensuring it aligns with the company's overall goals and customer needs.
  • Feature Development: Prioritize and manage the product backlog for the Dialer, focusing on delivering features that enhance user experience and drive customer success.
  • User Research: Conduct customer interviews, surveys, and data analysis to deeply understand user needs, pain points, and opportunities for product improvement.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, sales, and customer success teams to develop and launch features that meet user needs and exceed expectations.
  • Agile Product Management: Lead the agile product development process, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and feature prioritization.
  • Performance Monitoring: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to the Dialer's performance, such as call connection rates, user adoption, and customer satisfaction.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies to keep Kixie's Dialer ahead of the market.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Regularly communicate product plans, progress, and results to internal stakeholders, including senior management and cross-functional teams.
  • User Experience: Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure the Dialer is intuitive, easy to use, and meets the needs of both technical and non-technical users.
Requirements

Qualifications:

3-5 years of experience in product management, with a focus on B2B SaaS products.

Experience managing and launching communication tools or telephony products, preferably a dialer or related product.

Strong understanding of user experience principles and the ability to translate customer needs into product requirements.

Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and customer success.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate product vision, strategy, and progress to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Analytical mindset with experience in using data to drive product decisions and measure success.

Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.

Preference given to candidates located in the Los Angeles, CA area.
