About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Product Manager to lead our product development efforts at Duffl. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the product roadmap, working closely with our CEO to set the long-term vision and strategy for our tech stack.

Your primary focus will be on optimizing the customer and employee experience through technology. You will work closely with our UI/UX designer, full-stack engineer, and iOS engineer to execute our product roadmap, ensuring seamless ticket grooming, cycle planning, design ideation, and code reviews.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis and be able to create a data-driven culture within the company. You will be responsible for using data to drive product decisions, analyzing customer journey funnels, and identifying new opportunities to increase conversion rates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Use data to drive product decisions that maximize revenue growth.
  • Help manage towards aggressive yet realistic OKRs for design/engineering teams that drive results.
  • Analyze customer journey funnels and identify new opportunities to increase conversion rates.
  • Prioritize tech features based on a concrete data-driven framework.
  • Lead weekly sprints to hit metrics, iterating on past successes and failures quickly.
  • Lead data analysis training for the rest of the company.
  • Assist with Ad Hoc data analysis requests.
  • Foster a culture of data-informed decision making.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product experience at a consumer start-up.
  • Advanced Data Analysis (SQL & Python).
  • Ability to work closely with engineers to adequately spec tickets and determine tradeoffs.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and high levels of accountability.
  • Effective communicator that can boil complex subjects into simple ideas.
  • Great at ruthlessly prioritizing the ONE thing that moves the needle.
  • Customer-obsessed (high empathy for end-user).
  • Displays humility and eagerness to learn and grow alongside the team.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and self-starter.
  • Impeccable integrity.
