Job Title: Technical Product Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Product Manager to join our team at Western Alliance Bank. As a Technical Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in defining and shaping the direction of our SaaS platform and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and manage the development of functional specifications, screen wireframes, and test plans to ensure our platform meets business needs.
  • Coordinate with engineering and design teams to ensure timely delivery of features and enhancements.
  • Drive the development and implementation of new SaaS products and features.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to prioritize features based on customer feedback and market trends.
  • Ensure that information security best practices are integrated into our platform and services.
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop policies and procedures to safeguard the company from fraud.

Requirements:

  • At least 10 years of experience in custom software development and product management, with a focus on SaaS products and services.
  • Business requirements analysis and documentation.
  • Development of functional specifications and external design specifications (user interface design and documentation).
  • Data analysis and specification.
  • Reporting requirements, design, and specification.
  • Quality assurance testing of reports and online applications.
  • Experience with custom software development of complex, data-intensive, UI-intensive business applications.
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to work well with both end-users and developers.

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary range of $172,000.00 - $213,000.00 for Santa Monica, CA, as well as annual bonus/incentives earned and restricted stock. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical and dental insurance, time off, a great 401k matching program, tuition assistance program, employee volunteer program, and wellness program.
