Customer Service Expert

As a Sales and Support Professional, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring their complete satisfaction. You will interact with customers on an ongoing basis, handling inquiries, requests, and providing support in a timely, professional, and courteous manner.
Main Duties:
- Provide top-notch customer experiences consistently
- Handle customer calls and written correspondence efficiently, following up on all issues promptly
- Sell Graybar goods and services proactively on inbound calls
- Support customers in selecting and applying products
- Collaborate with other teams to fulfill customer service requests, including order entry, pricing, expediting, billing, order maintenance, credit, and claims
- Strong communication skills
- A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- The ability to handle diverse customer situations with enthusiasm and tact
- 4+ years of experience preferred
- High School education
- 2-year or 4-year degree preferred
- This role offers a competitive hourly rate of $21.00, commensurate with experience
