About the Job
We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional front desk service, maximize customer satisfaction, and build relationships with existing and potential clients.
The Role:
Lose Design is a multi-disciplinary design firm looking for a dynamic individual to join our team. We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
Duties:
- Respond to incoming calls from customers regarding products and services.
- Use customer scripts to handle difficult situations.
- Follow company processes and standards to ensure excellent customer service.
- Update databases with progressing work and client details.
- Utilize technology such as phone, email, and web browser to perform job duties.
- Participate in training and meetings to stay up-to-date on policy and product knowledge.
- Track customer accounts and update information as necessary.
- Provide follow-ups to customer interactions to ensure satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Previous work experience in a customer-facing position.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
