About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Lose Design. The Role: As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing timely and effective support via phone, email, and other communication channels. You will work closely with our design team to ensure that customer needs are met and exceeded, while also identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information on our products and services.
  • Work collaboratively with the design team to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update databases as necessary.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional results.
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a design or creative industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability.

Salary: $30.50 per hour, plus benefits package including competitive pay, career development opportunities, holidays, pension scheme, paid time off, and 401(k) fixed contribution.
