Southeast Marketing Coordinator

Assist in the formulation and execution of marketing initiatives aimed at achieving company, regional, and branch revenue objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with the Regional Marketing team to devise strategic marketing plans that pinpoint and steer marketing efforts towards revenue enhancement opportunities.
2. Partner with local teams to develop promotional materials with a strong emphasis on customer needs and value.
3. Identify and organize significant local opportunities that can maximize sales revenue at local, regional, and national levels.
4. Generate, report, and communicate metrics that evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and activities within the branch and region.
5. Participate in client meetings to present Clear Channel Outdoor resources and marketing expertise.
6. Support the Regional Marketing team with communication requirements related to the execution of regional programs, sharing successes and best practices, and other activities.
7. Facilitate corporate marketing initiatives at the branch level, in addition to regionally requested tasks.
8. Maintain all corporate branded and marketing materials at the branch level.
9. Oversee the execution and maintenance of the majority of digital (mobile) campaigns for the branch, providing pre-sales support, campaign management, and platform education.
10. Assist in the delivery of regionally led sales and marketing training sessions.
11. Perform additional duties as assigned or requested.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field preferred, or an equivalent combination of education, training, experience, or military service.
Experience: 2-3 years of experience in Marketing and/or Advertising with progressive responsibilities.
Skills:
- Strong organizational and time management abilities with attention to detail.
- Proficient in building and nurturing client relationships to foster account growth.
- Collaborative and professional approach aimed at establishing robust relationships with diverse customer groups and vendors.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and adaptability.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain composure under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including effective presentation delivery.
- Competent in performing essential mathematical calculations and interpreting data.
- Capable of assessing situations, conducting root cause analysis, and proposing solutions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and social media platforms.
- Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and/or Canva.

Physical Requirements:
Must be able to sit and/or stand at a desk for extended periods and perform tasks requiring repetitive hand use. Must have the ability to see written documents and computer screens. This position is typically performed in a controlled office environment.

This position may involve a hybrid work schedule.
