We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Marketing Coordinator to join our team at HealthBird. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and social media.

Key Responsibilities
  • Campaign Support: Assist in the development, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Content Management: Coordinate the creation and distribution of marketing materials, including brochures, newsletters, and social media posts, to effectively communicate with our target audience.
  • Event Coordination: Plan and organize marketing events, including trade shows, webinars, and product launches, to showcase our products and services.
  • Project Management: Manage marketing projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Market Research: Conduct research to support marketing strategies and identify market trends and opportunities.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, design, and product development, to align marketing efforts with company goals.
  • Database Management: Maintain and update marketing databases, including CRM systems, mailing lists, and customer contact information.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Track and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using metrics to evaluate success and suggest improvements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree: In Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience in a marketing or administrative role (internships or previous work experience is a plus).
  • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with marketing software (e.g., CRM systems, email marketing tools).
  • Personal Qualities: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge: Knowledge of digital marketing trends and best practices is a plus.
