About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Project Manager to join our team at Horizon Dynamics. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for leading complex projects from planning to commissioning, with a focus on electrical engineering.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Leadership: Independently manage projects from planning to commissioning, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality and work results of planning participants across all trades, conducting regular site inspections to guarantee compliance with project requirements.
  • Cost Control: Monitor and control project costs, identifying areas for cost reduction and implementing measures to optimize project expenses.
  • Project Analysis: Conduct thorough project analyses, including decision and change management, as well as risk management in the field of expertise.
  • Contractual Compliance: Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, including preparation and conduct of specialized project meetings.
  • Team Support: Provide technical supervision and support to young engineers and student interns, as well as interdisciplinary support for special topics in the field.
  • Project Templates: Support the creation and updating of HI project templates, ensuring consistency and best practices across the organization.
Requirements
  • Education: Completed degree in electrical engineering, automation engineering, building automation, or a comparable field of study.
  • Experience: At least years of relevant professional experience in planning, construction, or project management.
  • Skills: Knowledge in project management, planning, and implementation of medium and large construction projects in the field of electrical engineering, as well as familiarity with AHO, HOAI, and VOB.
  • Personal Qualities: High team spirit, strong ability to prioritize, and independent and structured way of working.
