Clinical Nurse II

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in the Adult Oncology Lab Draw Station at UNC Health. As a Clinical Nurse II, you will provide high-quality patient care in a collaborative and supportive environment.
Responsibilities- Provide competent clinical nursing care to patients in the Adult Oncology Lab Draw Station.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients to identify their physical, psychosocial, and educational needs.
- Develop and implement education plans to promote patient understanding and empowerment.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Graduation from a school of professional nursing.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of North Carolina.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Provider certification.
- One (1) year of nursing experience.
