Job Description

Job Title: Regional Sales Manager

Travel: 75% to 80%

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional Sales Manager to lead our HVAC/R Wholesale Distributors team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the HVAC/R industry, particularly in selling to Wholesale Distributors. This role requires a self-motivated individual with a proven track record, preferably as an independent Manufacturers Rep or with another manufacturer.

Responsibilities:

Territory Management:

  • Represent All SmartElectric and ComfortStar products in the assigned territory.
  • Grow market share and acquire new wholesale distributor customers.

Relationship Building:

  • Utilize existing Wholesale/Distributor relationships with principal decision-makers within the assigned territory.
  • Call on all HVAC/R Distributors in the assigned territory.

Team Management:

  • Manage Independent Manufacturers Reps that may be in the territory.

Product Knowledge:

  • Demonstrate HVAC equipment (mini splits) and parts knowledge.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Competitive base salary.
  • Uncapped commissions the more you sell, the more you make.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in HVAC/R sales, with a focus on Wholesale Distribution.
  • Established relationships with HVAC/R Wholesale/Distributor decision-makers.
  • Knowledge of HVAC equipment, especially mini splits.
  • Ability to travel extensively (75% to 80%).
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
