The ideal candidate will take charge of all elements of electrical projects associated with Assisted Living Construction, ensuring timely and budget-compliant completion. Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage all phases of electrical projects from initiation to completion.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and various construction professionals to guarantee project success.
  • Analyze project specifications to identify the scope of work and required resources.
  • Develop detailed project timelines, cost estimates, and both technical and financial documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes throughout all projects.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 5 years of project management experience, particularly in Assisted Living Construction.
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing large-scale electrical projects.
