What Does the Role Entail?

In essence, our Management Training program harnesses your existing leadership abilities, aligns them with our business philosophy, and prepares you to oversee your own store as a General Manager within a span of 6-12 months. Unlike traditional dealerships, our no-haggle pricing strategy allows you to concentrate on enhancing the customer experience rather than merely maximizing sales. We provide comprehensive training and essential tools to accelerate your career trajectory.

In detail, your responsibilities will include:

Offering strategic guidance and planning for the dealership in relation to sales objectives. Meeting sales volume and profitability targets by utilizing all available sales channels in a dynamic environment. Executing company-wide marketing initiatives to maximize their effectiveness and support sales goals. Training and mentoring employees to facilitate their career advancement. Identifying potential referral sources for the dealership, developing strategies to cultivate relationships, and maintaining positive connections. Leading sales meetings to inspire and share effective selling techniques. Fostering and enhancing customer relationships by promoting and ensuring exceptional service within sales operations.

Key Requirements.

High School Diploma or Equivalent (a college degree is advantageous). Minimum of 5 years of management experience. Experience as a General Manager, Retail Manager, or Multi-Unit Manager is preferred. Willingness to relocate out of state upon certification as a GM (after 9-12 months). Relocation assistance will be provided.
