Role Responsibilities

Our Management Training program is designed to refine your existing leadership capabilities, align them with our business philosophy, and prepare you to oversee your own dealership as a General Manager within a span of 6 to 12 months. Position Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent (a college degree is advantageous).
  • Over 5 years of management experience.

  • Willingness to relocate out of state upon certification as a GM (after 9-12 months).
