Role Responsibilities
Our Management Training program is designed to refine your existing leadership capabilities, align them with our business philosophy, and prepare you to oversee your own dealership as a General Manager within a span of 6 to 12 months. Unlike traditional dealerships, our no-haggle pricing model allows you to concentrate on enhancing the customer experience rather than merely maximizing profits. We will equip you with comprehensive training and essential tools to expedite your career advancement.

Position Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent (a college degree is advantageous).
- Over 5 years of management experience.
- Experience as a General Manager, Retail Manager, or Multi-Unit Manager is preferred.
- Willingness to relocate out of state upon certification as a GM (after 9-12 months).
