Job Title: Dining and Bar Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dining and Bar Supervisor to join our team at Compass Group Careers.

Job Summary

The Dining and Bar Supervisor will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing daily operations, and ensuring high-quality food and beverage services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily food and beverage operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff supervision.
  • Ensure high-quality food and beverage services, maintaining a clean and safe environment for customers.
  • Supervise and train staff to meet customer expectations and maintain high standards of service.
  • Monitor and control costs, including labor, inventory, and supplies.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a supervisory role in the food and beverage industry.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
