Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of management experience in fine dining and/or high-volume establishments.
  • Strong beverage management experience, including inventory, ordering, bar training, and beverage cost controls.
  • Excellent hospitality, employee relations, and guest relations skills.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and teach the team.
  • TIPS trained and knowledgeable about Compeat.
  • Strong organizational, cash handling, and communication skills.
