We have Master Construction Agreements with major telecommunications companies and offer a range of services, including construction and maintenance of high-speed internet connectivity via Fiber Optic and Coaxial systems.

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Fiber Construction Project Manager to join our team in Tennessee.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing various HFC/Broadband projects, including BAU, spans, relos, Node splits, Hyperbuild, Newbuild, Metro-E, and others.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement project plans to ensure timely completion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and provide guidance to team members.
  • Analyze project data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in HFC or similar outside network plant construction.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading complex projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Estimated Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
