Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $160,000 per year.

Job Overview:

We're looking for an experienced Transportation Engineer who can craft cutting-edge designs, ensure quality assurance, and collaborate with clients to develop proposals that meet their unique needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Crafting Cutting-Edge Designs: Review draft designs to ensure alignment with regulatory standards and firm policies, updating design requirements as necessary.
  • Ensuring Quality Assurance: Conduct site reviews and inspections of transportation structures, guaranteeing the highest quality of construction.
  • Client Collaboration: Work closely with sales staff to develop proposals that meet the unique needs of current and potential clients, fostering strong client relationships.
  • Continuous Learning and Development: Attend conferences and symposia to stay abreast of industry trends and innovations, while also providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior staff.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil, Transportation, or Structural Engineering or related discipline.
  • Professional engineering (PE) license.
  • 7 years of related experience.
  • Domestic and/or international travel may be required.
