We're seeking a Sales and Service Representative to join our team in delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a key member of our sales team, you'll have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology, including premium broadband, security solutions, voice, and digital TV services.

Your primary responsibility will be to sell Kinetic internet products and services to potential customers within your designated territory. With our user-friendly technology, you'll maximize your sales potential while minimizing internal channel conflicts.

You'll utilize a company-owned vehicle to visit prospects, process orders, ensure service activation, set up accurate billing, and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction. This will help build a strong referral network and drive business growth.

To succeed in this role, you'll need excellent customer service and organizational skills. A valid driver's license and good driving record are also essential. You should have a reliable and insured personal vehicle to drive to and from assigned territories.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with others are crucial in this position. Self-motivation and a desire for success are also vital, as you'll be working independently to achieve sales targets.

The estimated annual salary for this role is $75,000-$90,000, depending on your location and experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision insurance plans, 401(k) plan, health & flexible savings account, and life and AD&D insurance plans.
