Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to support our Galt, CA manufacturing operation. The ideal candidate will work closely with plant management and production staff to meet customer and company requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure accurate time tracking and approval processes.
  • Manage employee time-off requests and track PTO balances.
  • Review attendance points and notify management of disciplinary actions.
  • Distribute paychecks and maintain office supplies.
  • Create purchase orders and maintain records.
  • Ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures.
  • Manage hazardous waste collection and manifests.
  • Support new hire onboarding and employee benefits.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2+ years of administrative experience.
  • Experience in a manufacturing or service environment.
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Suite and ERP systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality.
  • Associates or technical degree preferred.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
