We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nurse Manager to join our team at Rancho Seco Care Center. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and leading our team of nurses to deliver high-quality care.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our nursing staff, ensuring that patient care is delivered in a timely and efficient manner.
- Patient Care: Provide direct patient care, including assessing patient needs, developing and implementing care plans, and evaluating patient outcomes.
- Staff Development: Mentor and train new staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver high-quality care.
- Administrative Duties: Coordinate daily administrative tasks, including scheduling, patient admissions, and discharges.
- Communication: Liaise with doctors, administrators, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
- Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Licensure: Licensed as a LVN or RN.
- Experience: Prior experience in a healthcare facility preferred.
