Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Supervisor to join our team at WestCare Foundation. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing direct clinical and treatment supervision and training to counseling staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and train counseling staff to ensure high-quality treatment services.
  • Monitor adherence to program policies and procedures.
  • Conduct quality assurance reviews to ensure compliance with program standards.
  • Facilitate groups, family groups, and provide individual counseling services.
  • Deliver case management services, education, and community outreach services.
  • Oversee intake and program orientation for clients and family members.
  • Assist with data collection and statistical reporting.
  • Maintain relationships with referring agencies and represent WestCare at community meetings.
  • Participate in facilitating ancillary services, such as family support groups and continuing care.

Requirements:

  • Masters or bachelors degree in social work, psychology, or related field.
  • Two years of experience in providing alcohol and substance abuse counseling services.
  • Bilingual preferred.
  • Knowledge of the criminal justice system.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to pass background check and obtain OIG LEIE clearance.
  • Ability to exercise good judgment and discretion.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Adherence to the highest standard of ethical conduct.

Working Conditions:

  • Work is primarily performed in an institutional setting.
  • Some outdoor activities may be required.

Physical and Mental Demands:

  • Requires mobility and physical activity.
  • Requires talking, hearing, and seeing.
  • Requires ability to work under stress and in emotionally charged settings.
