Clinical Supervisor III

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Supervisor III to join our team at Bryan Health. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will be responsible for supervising students, interns, and counseling staff seeking licensure. Your expertise will be essential in providing counseling services, implementing assessments, treatment plans, and discharge plans for clients assigned to your caseload.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise students, interns, and counseling staff seeking licensure
- Provide counseling services, including individual, family, and group sessions
- Implement assessments, treatment plans, and discharge plans for clients
- Communicate effectively with referral sources and third-party payers
- Participate in quality assurance activities and file audits
Requirements:
- Master's Degree in Counseling or Behavioral Health field
- Licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Practitioner
- Preferred: Licensure as a Provisional Alcohol and Drug Counselor or Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor
