Clinical Nurse Practitioner

The LPN is a key member of our clinical team, responsible for providing high-quality patient care and service. As a role model and trainer, the LPN acts as a mentor for clinic staff, promoting teamwork and a positive work environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Promoting teamwork and enhancing a positive work environment
  • Providing exceptional customer service and acting as a role model
  • Coordinating with the Clinic Team Supervisor and Clinic Manager to identify opportunities for better patient care and service
  • Assisting with gathering and delivering information to team members in accordance with the patient-centered medical home model
  • Reviewing patient charts and identifying gaps in patient care
  • Assisting providers with special tests and procedures within the standard scope of practice
  • Supporting patient care delivery by helping healthcare providers during examinations and preparing laboratory specimens

Requirements include:

  • Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the State of Nebraska
  • Certified - Basic Life Support
  • 3 years LPN experience preferred
  • 1 year clinic experience preferred
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Computer skills required
  • Electronic Medical Record experience preferred
  • Highly organized and ability to meet deadlines
  • Attentive to detail
  • Dedicated to quality and accuracy
  • Self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision
  • Ability to interrelate with a wide variety of people
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
