Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse

Hiring for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) position at Hope Center in Bronx, NY. Competitive base rate of $30.13 with an additional $0.25 shift differential for evenings and nights.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Hope Center. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall well-being of our residents.

Responsibilities:
  • Collect and record vital signs and health information from new residents.
  • Administer medications and injections as needed, ensuring accurate dosages and patient safety.
  • Treat and dress wounds and bedsores, promoting optimal healing and comfort.
  • Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and provide guidance on patient care.
  • Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene.
  • Monitor food and liquid intake and output, maintaining accurate records.
Requirements:
  • Valid LPN State license and good standing with the State Registry.
  • Ability to work effectively as a team member, communicating with colleagues and residents.
