About the Role

Gage Personnel is seeking a highly experienced Construction Management Director to lead our construction management team. As a director, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of high-profile projects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget. You will be responsible for managing project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations to ensure cost efficiency and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the construction management team
  • Develop and implement construction management strategies
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations
  • Communicate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors
  • Manage procurement processes, including bid evaluations, contract negotiations, and vendor selection
  • Oversee project budgeting and cost control

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in construction project management
  • Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes, and safety regulations
  • Excellent project management skills, including effective planning, organizing, and multitasking/prioritizing tasks
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical documents
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Proficiency in construction management software, project scheduling tools, and cost estimation software

Salary: $180,000 - $220,000 per year
