Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and supporting the sales team in achieving sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet customers and provide a positive shopping experience
  • Run the register, process transactions, and maintain accurate cash handling procedures
  • Make purchase suggestions and provide product information to customers
  • Work with the food program and maintain a clean and organized store environment
  • Lead shifts and provide guidance to sales floor team members
  • Interact with customers daily and provide fast and friendly service
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous retail and customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to stand and walk for up to 8 hours
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
