Estamos buscando un Ingeniero Técnico de Proveedores (STE) para unirse a la Cadena de Suministro de Equipos. Esta posición proporciona liderazgo en la resolución de problemas de calidad asociados con materiales comprados y cuestiones de ingeniería. Como STE en esta instalación, deberías:
  • Tener responsabilidad técnica por las piezas compradas asignadas desde NPI (concepto inicial) a lo largo del ciclo de vida del producto, incluyendo todos los aspectos de la gestión de calidad.
  • Ser capaz de comprender los principales problemas técnicos de los proveedores y proporcionar ideas y soluciones para resolver los problemas más complejos y desafiantes.
  • Ser el ingeniero técnico de "parte charter" para piezas compradas completas.
  • Ser responsable de la comunicación de los requisitos técnicos con el proveedor, revisión de diseño/dibujo, entrada de Gestión de Configuración, realizar funciones de Baan, gestión de herramientas, Q-Notes, etc.
  • Monitorear el rendimiento de calidad de los proveedores y las tendencias, y colaborar con el Especialista en Sourcing y el Comprador para desarrollar e implementar estrategias de mejora del rendimiento del proveedor, aprovechando el análisis de causa raíz y metodologías de acción correctiva y preventiva.
  • Coordinar con el personal de ingeniería en asuntos relacionados con el Desarrollo Concurrente de Productos y Procesos (CPPD), Nueva Introducción de Productos (NPI) y Mejora Continua de Procesos (CPI).
  • Participar en el Análisis de Modos de Fallo y Efectos (FMEA) de diseño y proceso.
  • Liderar el PPAP (Proceso de Aprobación de Piezas de Producción) y desarrollar el FAPITP (Plan de Inspección de Prueba de Producción de Primera Artículo) con la entrada inicial del Diseño de Ingeniería.
  • Trabajar con el Diseño de Ingeniería para disponer Notificaciones de Rechazo (RNs) y Solicitudes de Autorización Técnica (RTAs).
Calificaciones Mínimas:
  • Título universitario en un tema técnico con más de 10 años de experiencia O un título de maestría en un tema técnico con más de 7 años de experiencia.
  • Familiaridad con prácticas de ingeniería y planificación de procesos (interpretación de dibujos, conceptos de herramientas, Pruebas No Destructivas (NDT), Prueba Funcional, etc.).
Calificaciones Preferidas:
  • El más alto nivel de ética y profesionalismo.
  • Fuertes habilidades analíticas para la resolución de problemas, capacidad para usar y comunicar herramientas estadísticas y de resolución de problemas, incluyendo habilidades de análisis de causa raíz y acción correctiva.
  • Habilidades interpersonales bien desarrolladas, preferidas en el trato con asuntos sensibles, desarrollo de otros y alcanzar consenso sobre acciones específicas, dentro y fuera de Solar.
  • Herramientas y técnicas de la metodología 6 Sigma son requisitos y pueden ser adquiridas a través de la finalización de la capacitación en 6 Sigma tras la entrada en esta posición. Familiaridad con la gestión de proyectos y Diseño de Experimentos (DOE).
  • Comprensión de los principios de Manufactura Esbelta aplicados por Solar y nuestros Proveedores.
  • Familiaridad con principios de gestión de calidad.
  • Habilidades en Gestión de Proyectos.
  • Comprensión de los procesos de fabricación utilizados para producir componentes y ensamblajes (torneado, fresado, etc.) y conocimiento de operaciones de taller y procedimientos de mantenimiento.
  • Comprensión de los principios de Manufactura Esbelta.
  • Familiaridad con principios de gestión de calidad.

$123, $185,040.00
